When you cancel a subscription:

  • No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period

3. Eligibility for Refunds

For subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Account usage during the trial period must not exceed our fair usage policy

3.2. One-Time Purchases
